I love this about my profession: First of all I love the restaurant environment, everything - from the food/wine to all the guests - that creates the atmosphere. Secondly, you are always meeting such amazing people, from the wine producers to the customers - this makes the sommelier profession one of the best jobs you can have.
This inspired me to become a sommelier: The hotel and restaurant PM & Vänner in Växjö, Sweden. My first job was as a sommelier/waiter and I was working together with some talented sommeliers who taught me the importance of drinking, eating and traveling. The best way to learn!
My role model is: Peter Forsberg, the best hockey player I have ever seen. He had a killer fighting spirit.
My mentor is: Sören Polonius, I am grateful for all his effort and time to help me and all other Swedish contestants.
This is important to me with my team: To have fun and help each other to develop ourselves and of course the restaurant.
